IMPLEMENTATION PROCESS
1. Discussion and request with the Consultant:
You will be introduced to a consultant by the receptionist, who will represent the company in handling all matters throughout the consulting and material supply process. They will learn about your needs and introduce you to the company’s services and material investment costs for your home.
2. Quotation:
After the consultation process, discussions, and understanding your requirements, during this meeting, you will receive a quotation letter and a sample contract for reference and review.
3. Contract signing:
The construction contract will be signed once you understand the company’s capabilities and accept the quoted value provided by the company.
4. Production organization:
For goods manufactured abroad and imported, you will be provided with a shop drawing for confirmation before proceeding with production.
5. Goods handover:
The handover process at the construction site will be mutually agreed upon and inspected in stages before final acceptance. The handover record will also serve as the basis for payment settlement and official transfer of goods to the Investor.
6. Warranty and contract settlement:
Your goods will be covered by a 12-month warranty (depending on the specific product, different warranty policies may apply) from the date of handover. Upon expiration of the warranty period, both parties will proceed with the contract settlement.
