SERVICE IMPLEMENTATION PROCESS
1. Consultation and Requirements Discussion:
You will be introduced to a consultant by the receptionist, who will represent the company in handling all matters throughout the transaction and architectural design process. They will explore and introduce you to the company’s services, provide preliminary investment cost estimates for your home, and inform you of the necessary regulations for construction. The consultant will also serve as a customer care representative throughout the architectural design phase.
2. Quotation:
After consultation, discussions, and understanding your functional and aesthetic needs, you will receive a quotation letter and a sample contract for reference and review during this meeting.
3. Contract Signing:
The architectural design consultancy contract will be signed once you understand the company’s expertise and accept the proposed design value.
4. Design Implementation:
The consultant will proceed with developing the design documents as outlined in the contract. During the design process, you will receive consultations and progress reports on design solutions, allowing you to choose the most optimal option that aligns with your functional needs and financial expectations.
Your project team will include a Lead Architect, Structural Design Engineer, Electrical & Plumbing Design Engineer, and Interior Designer.
Throughout the design phase, the customer care team will maintain regular communication to provide support and promptly address any arising situations.
5. Design Documentation Handover:
The design handover process will be mutually agreed upon, with overall acceptance based on individual stage approvals. The handover record will also serve as the basis for final settlement and official transfer of the design to the Investor.
6. Author Supervision:
During the construction process, the team of Architects, Engineers, and Designers will participate in author supervision to ensure that the construction adheres to the agreed design and intellectual property rights.
