2. Scope of Work for Construction Supervision Consultancy:

– Monitor the construction process carried out by contractors on site;

– Inspect initial conditions before the commencement of construction;

– Assess the contractor’s capability based on bidding documents and contractual agreements;

– Inspect the quality of materials and equipment supplied by the contractor;

– Evaluate the construction methods applied on site;

– Ensure that the execution process aligns with the approved design and construction methods;

– Verify as-built drawings;

– Organize acceptance testing;

– Compile and review documentation required for acceptance by the contractor;

– Identify design errors or inconsistencies for necessary adjustments or request modifications from the contractor;

– Arrange quality reinspection if there are doubts about the construction quality;

– Mediate and resolve conflicts between involved parties.

3. Authority of Construction Supervision Consultants:

– Request and propose necessary modifications to the Investor to rectify any detected inconsistencies;

– Halt construction work if errors, non-compliance, or incidents are detected or suspected;

– Require the contractor to rectify errors and comply with design specifications, quality standards, labor safety, and environmental regulations;

– Approve or reject acceptance testing.
